📖 How to Use the Scientific Calculator
Toggle DEG/RAD at the top. Affects sin, cos, tan and their inverses. DEG is standard for most angle calculations.
Type a number (e.g. 45), then press sin to get sin(45°). Or press sin, then a number for direct function application.
Use ( and ) buttons to group sub-expressions: (2+3)×4 = 20. Nested parentheses are supported.
π = 3.14159…, e = 2.71828…. Use EXP for scientific notation: 1.5E6 = 1,500,000.
Trigonometry
sin, cos, tan and their inverses. Switch between degree and radian mode.
Logarithms
log (base 10), ln (natural log), eˣ (exponential), 10ˣ.
Power Functions
x², x³, xʸ (arbitrary power), square root, cube root, 1/x.
Factorial
n! — computes factorial. Works for integers up to 170!.
Constants
π (pi) and e (Euler's number) available as one-tap buttons.
Scientific Notation
EXP button for entering values like 1.5×10⁶.
